OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MEVVO EXPRESS LLC, its members, and personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
